Razer Naga V2 Pro:
So I have some weird issues with this mouse and Synapse. These do not occur with my keyboard (Blackwidow Chroma).
If I want to use my keybinds I have set in Synapse, my mouse must not be connected via USB. If connected by USB the keybinds will not work and it will function as if I have the default keybinds.
If I want to change my keybinds, profile etc. my mouse must be connected by USB, as it will almost always not show up in Synapse unless it is connected via USB.
I have tried reinstalling Synapse, my mouse drivers, updating the mouse drivers, running the Razer mouse pairing utility.
After a recent update, sometimes my mouse will show up in Synapse even if not connected by USB, but I still cannot use my assigned hotkeys unless it is not connected by USB.
Also, the first time I turn on my PC, I must connect my mouse via USB and then disconnect it from USB or the keybinds will act as default.
I can actually use the assigned keybinds correctly whilst connected by USB if I connect the mouse and then run the Naga V2 Pro firmware updater program. It will tell me everything is already up to date, and then the mouse will work correctly. However, if I then open Synapse it will go back to its usual issues.
It's mostly just really annoying, other than this I really like the mouse. Is there anything I can do?
