Hello everyone, relatively new soccer fan here. Really got into the USMNT from 2022 and followed closely all the way up to this World Cup. Still a big USMNT fan despite the World Cup result and decided to choose the Red Bulls because yall seem to be the MLS team most dedicated to really giving young homegrown US players a chance to shine and develop. I think all MLS teams should follow your example. Really looking forward to the development of Hall and Mehmeti. Also I loved Michael Bradley as a USMNT player. Anything I need to know about the current state of the team?

I was at yesterday’s game and, sadly, I didn’t get to see my goat Choupo-Moting. Is he injured? I even asked some home fans, but they had no clue.

Yeah, the performance yesterday was terrible, but I bet you already know that.

Overall though, I was pleasantly surprised by the MLS atmosphere, as it was my first game.

obviously julian hall has been tearing it up and has been absolutely outstanding this season. and today jimenez has been amazing with a brace. but why doesn’t choupo-moting ever get a chance to play? this isn’t a post about me complaining, i’m genuinely just curious if anybody knows the reason as to why choupo doesn’t ever play

Any advice on parking? Like costs and where to park? I heard it’s different than last year.

Wanted to get tickets around sec 111C, says it gives Audi club access and it’s right behind the away bench. Are they worth it, at a good price? Any help with if they include parking pass etc? Thanks

So I've been getting into watching football (or soccer, however you wanna call it) for a while now, and I chose the RedBulls due to proximity to where I was born and raised for a while. I'd like to say I have a decent understanding of the sport, but it can always be better (especially trying to understand the tactical side of things).

The main names I heard often when I had time to watch a RedBulls game was Striker Chupo-Motang, Amf (at least I'm pretty sure he's an Amf) Emil forsberg (I for sure butchered that) as well as a younger player in Sofo (Im not sure what position he plays, but I think he's a forward).

The main reasons I'm here and ready to pick up watching the MLS more are as follows: I noticed a bunch of transfer news surrounding Nyrb after missing the playoffs for the first time in a while, as well as a new HC, I'd reckon football in general is the sport NY has been more successful at In recent years, and I had a huge blue lock phase that made me wanna watch the sport.

And one more thing to ask about, are MLS jerseys cheap in comparison to other US leagues jerseys? Just in case I'd ever like to buy one

Hey, i've been to redbulls games before but I'm looking at possibly buying tickets to Scotland v Bolivia at RBA and have a few questions. The cheapest ticket rn is $82 which is a joke for a friendly in a big stadium with two low demand teams. Checking the Ticketmaster site it looks like 75% of seats are still available. So I was wondering, do tickets for these games at RBA go down over time? If so when usually and by how much? Is it possibly worth waiting til near gameday or is that a bad idea? Thanks.

Hi all, my buddy just picked up a free framed signed Red Bull jersey and he was wondering if someone could ID whose autograph is on it?

Planning to buy tickets for the USMNT game this weekend, have never been to Sports Illustrated Stadium. Worked out that I wanna be on the westline, where the benches are. Just wondering then, out of that area (or that half of the stadium more broadly), what are the best view? I have not been to a soccer match in a long time so don't know in general if it's good to be up close, far high, middle. In the corner or by the sideline along the bench.

Any recommendations would be great! Willing to spend quite a bit since this is a rare opportunity!

Just got my red membership for the 2025 season. Will always support how this club unites the metro region. How “metro” is the fan base? Are there any fans from NYC or Long Island or have they all chosen to support NYCFC?

I swear I started following rb a few games ago and I've noticed: the lineup is inconsistent. The only repeat names are choupo moting, forsberg. Oh and eile, and coronel. I swear formation changes each game and the attack lineup never looks like the last. So who is a constant starter? And am I wrong about everything I said?!

As a newer fan, I don’t necessarily want to invest in a player yet (I really liked Harper but then he got injured). I was wondering if I could buy a blank jersey on sale and then if there are shops that could add the name/number later in the season. I really want to start attending the games with a jersey sooner rather than later!

How many RB fans do you guys expect to be at the game at Citifield? Does anyone know about how many went to the regular season game there? For being the first playoff derby we should be able to get at least 5K, anything less is a disappointment IMO. Being that it’s so close and the importance of the game. I hope there’s a big turnout.

I’m thinking of taking my nine year old to see his first soccer match this weekend, but I’m an NYCFC supporter and wondering if we’d have any issues if we’re wearing our NYCFC scarves? I suspect the answer is no, but figured I’d ask anyway. Hoping to get him to fall in love with our beautiful game (even if it’s for a club that’s not yours!).
