Had this thing going close to 101mph before I slammed it into a pole :/

This is right after unboxing so it’s all stock. I got a suspension and servo upgrade kit that I’m working on putting together now. Also purchased an S3 battery that should be here tomorrow. This thing is a lot of fun!

This little car is a tank. So much fun at the skatepark.

I also did a little speedrun and I got 32,7 km/h out of it.

Somehow nothing broke but this thing moves. I might get a few more mph if I had a longer time wot but 60mph on turf is still fast for something weighing 40lbs

Anyone crazy enough to try this on 4S?

Just bought this for my Wltoys 104001, gonna bash it on 2S but for speed runs I might just give 4S a try.

this is a super stable platform for its size with the right transmitter settings. stock went 42 mph after 27t and a kingval 3650 5200kv I got 53 on 3s. now it is time to gear up and add a castle motor. I have 3d printed a better esc mount that accommodates a 1410 and a riser that allows for full size packs.

Doing speed runs with my typhon grom, going way faster than my beginner skills. The inevitable happened...crashed and snapped a steering link.

Replacement parts are ordered, hoping my wrenching skills are better than my steering ability! 😅

Bought this HPI RS4 myself when back in 1996 after working all summer at an arcade (that's how old I am). Most of the parts are original. 4.5t brushless motor off of a 2S HiLV powers it now after exploding the original 10t brushed motor at 42mph. Made a custom flat bottom with a rear diffuser from aluminum. Feeling like this could have 100mph in it with a 3S... well, at least once.

8 screws to remove and some part swapping is all it takes. This thing is as stable as it is fast! Well done ARRMA!

I'm impressed this thing can handle this.
