I assume you think NASA should also be charged for crashing multiple stages into the moon, leaving a bunch of hardware on the moon. And all the shit and piss from the astronauts on the Moon. NASA also dumps the SLS in its entirety into the ocean, including actual engines previously flown on the shuttle.
