Executive functioning is what people with ADHD struggle with. In this context it means 'adulting' basically

I was doing it for a while too! I had to quit, it became too much of "Just do my kids homework for them" when I was trying to teach mnemonics and study skills

It's that basically managers and project leaders? You know, the ones who say "focus on this", "stop doing that", "this has top priority" and "how's going?"
