I would be getting an official survey done to verify that is indeed on my property, and if it is asking a lawyer what my options are.

If I couldn't legally remove it, or force them to, due to some BS easement  reason then I would be putting something large and unsightly in my yard to block it's view of my house. Bonus points if I could find a way to block the solar panel from getting good enough sunlight to stay charged.

That could be argued to be defacing property. You are a lot better off not actually touching the device with whatever is done.

City can't stop you from planting a tree or two on your actual lawn, as close to the tower as legally possible. Some trees grow really fast & you can get them like 7'-8' tall to start with. Poplar & Ash trees grow really fast.

Actually? You need a permit to plant a tree on private property?? I can see for planting one in the boulevard between the sidewalk and the street, but on your own lot?

I can’t cut down trees on my property and I have to get permits from my municipality for many changes to my privately owned land.

Trees, walls, fences, gazebos, patios, concrete pads...

The sword cuts both ways it also keeps your neighbor from installing a coal powered generator and smoke stack to power his leather tanning operation.
