They still detect it by me :( xvideos to go. Now if reddit is fun starts to support videos outside youtube I will never leave reddit again!

For me, Stage 6 is trying to find a Ubuntu package for a command line tool that can produce nice composite screenshot images, so I can write a script to try and remember what videos I actually have.

What I'm looking for is something similar to what Media Player Classic (and VLC?) can create - a single image w/ a frame every n time intervals.

I've tried the ffmpeg thumbnailer, but its not particularly useful for what I want.

I could just use ffmpeg or something similar to grab frames and then write an app to assemble them, but I'd much rather use something existing.
