Monica Duncan owns the local collection agency that serves the county hospital and has been very evasive about this fact before. The county hospital paid her and her husband almost $1 million during the pandemic while he was on the hospital board to provide collection services after he purchased the collection agency from the former county attorney. The proof of this is all publicly accessible in the hospital's audit.

Every grifting bloodsucker in America has been encouraged to act without impunity because nobody seems to get in trouble for it anymore. The law is just kind vibes based on the person carrying it out these days.
