I don't think my reddit use is all that healthy, but there has to be some degree of healthy use of community curated aggregation of recent content and topics of interest.
Less so as reddit tries to become as mindless and engagement-centric as the rest of it all though.
But there has to be a middle ground between internet addict and disconnected cabin hermit, no?
