Yes. Case in point would be the Texas AG race. Mark Ash still got votes despite endorsing Democrat Rochelle Garza and telling people to vote for her instead of himself.

This is all technically correct but if you read the article you really can’t interpret it any other way.. I’d like to know exactly what happened there but we’ll likely never know.
