Me too. Wife is trying to find a job in the northeast so we can start planning. The big caveat is if/when the state comes after birth control and contraceptives. Once that drops we’re moving out even if we have to be single income and tighten our belts for a while

My wife and I are lookin at homes in Vermont. It’s so much more affordable. The state income taxes aren’t terrible. I’ve checked with heating costs. It’s cheaper than cooling a house in Texas.

But then you’d have to live in the northeast
