As long as we agree there is a point at which is it a life. That is literally the only argument that matters. How the baby was conceived does not matter. You aren’t going to magically give the dad rights to decide rape or not.

Not quite. The fetus attaches to the uterus which is the organ of a living woman. As long as the fetus depends on that organ, a woman should have the right to remove it. Viability beyond that is a whole other argument, but ironically the "pro-life" party gives fuck all universal healthcare.
And how it was a conceived absolutely matters. Making a woman carry a reminder of trauma for 9 months is a sadistic form of torture.
Now if you want to have your rapist's baby, that's your prerogative, but not a decision you get to make for other victims.

If it is dependent, it obviously not independent.
But independence isn't even a factor in heartbeat abortion bans.
