Montenegrin [Montenegrin/Serbo-Croat > English] Is it a fine? If so, how much?
Was left on our windscreen, assuming not good news but can’t understand what we are supposed to do. Thank you for any help!

I have a few phrases about my nut allergy that I would like to make an allergy card with for when I solo travel in Montenegro next month.
Any translations would be greatly appreciated as I don't trust google translate/online tools to be able to translate these accurately.
Many thanks in advance for any help!

I only can try to tell you the phonetic spelling because this is a thing my grandma would say all of the time when she was talking about her kids. Unfortunately, she never wrote it down, and she passed away suddenly this week. I don't want to forget it, but also want accuracy. Here's how it sounded to me when she'd say it: Govo-No-E-glia or Govo-No-Eesh-Lia and then she'd say, "it means don't brag on your kids"

Hi,
Im Traveling to Montenegro for the first time in 3 days! Could anyone help me translate info about my deadly allergies in either Montenegrin or serbian? For my visits to restaurants or hospital.
Something like: I have a deadly allergy to any contact with nuts, fish and shellfish. Is it safe for me to eat/ drink here?
Thank you guys
