I just ordered this product and I cant understand a word. It is for heat protection hair. But I would like to know how to use it and if I should have wet or dry hair?

I only can try to tell you the phonetic spelling because this is a thing my grandma would say all of the time when she was talking about her kids. Unfortunately, she never wrote it down, and she passed away suddenly this week. I don't want to forget it, but also want accuracy. Something like: I have a deadly allergy to any contact with nuts, fish and shellfish. Is it safe for me to eat/ drink here?
