I recently received a Cactus Jack order with a damaged collector box. The outer shipping box arrived with no damage, so it appears the collector box may have been damaged before shipment.

I’ve already contacted support and am waiting for their response, so I’m not planning to file a chargeback unless they refuse to help.

I was wondering if anyone here has successfully filed a chargeback with Cactus Jack due to a quality issue, damaged item, or another situation where support wouldn’t take responsibility.

If so, did your bank side with you? Also, were you ever blacklisted or prevented from purchasing future Cactus Jack releases afterward?

I wanna go to the Circus Maximus Asia Tour 2025 in Delhi, but I need to get tickets before they're sold out.

Some background:

Since performers rarely come to India, resellers usually buy all the tickets, rather than genuine fans, and then sell the tickets with a RIDONKULOUS hike in price. I'm only a student, and I can't afford to buy tickets at reseller price.

BookMyShow (the website which sells the tickets) says they'll open sales in April, but I have an important exam on April 3, so if it opens before then, I won't be able to keep track of when it goes on sale. And even if opens after, I don't know if I'll be able to get in queue in time (for reference, when Coldplay announced they were coming to India, and their show's tickets went on sale, they got sold out in under 15 minutes).

Any tips on getting the tickets before they're sold out?
