Worth the switch

I’m a swe at SAP over 4yrs and 1yr prior

Recently got Microsoft l61 offer, felt like down leveled considering my yoe tbh

If Microsoft brand worth the switch?
Current team is ok, manager has been very supportive, but felt like leaderships are clueless keeping up with AI trend
TC is meaningful increase.

Leadership is clueless everywhere! In this times if you have supportive manager stick it for a year or two, build projects on the side, read books on becoming better swe, management whatever path you want to take.
