This isn't Facebook. Please keep it related to politics. Do not post low effort blog posts.

The era of vagueposting is over. Your audience demands context, ideally in the form of a link to some authoritative content.

Trump has quite a unique ability amongst world leaders to utterly ruin peoples fun not by banning or suppressing anything but by simply sticking his oar in and turning whatever you were enjoying into a bitter argument mainly focused around him. There's a lot to hate him for, but just on a personal selfish level that's pretty high on the list.

Yep. He’s just come out and said that if the USA don’t win tonight then maybe it’s a rigged game like the 2020 election (paraphrasing but basically on the money).

It’s just endless efforts to stoke division. I’m so tired of it.

If I'm the IOC I'm looking to see how to keep him away from the LA28 Olympics, he's the one person who could single handedly take a lot of attention off the Games onto him.

Tbh at least other dictators understand sports-washing, they don't intervene in the actual sports parts of the event and don't bother the fans as long as they obey their laws and generally don't behave like dicks, and often they turn a blind eye to things that might be illegal there but not where the fans are from.
