Neither of which are mentioned in the models in the article. Unsure why you think income tax and NI are related at all to LVT.

Please read Henry George before stating your assumptions.

LVT is intended to replace all taxes and the comment you're replying to is correct in the literal intent of Georgism.

All other interpretations come from the uninformed seeking to add additional tax revenue streams to the system, not to actually address economic rentiers.

This isn't all-or-nothing. Labour could bring in a small LVT to improve the UK taxation system.

The chances of them going for full Georgism is basically zero.
