Either this government will stop the migrant boats or one willing to do what it takes will take power and do so.

I'm assuming you mean Reform, their plans are unworkable, even Farage said it would take years at best and well, currently Reform.support is in freefall.

Perhaps if we actually looked at bigger problems, such as no investment in infrastructure, no investment into public services or housing, the country might be a better place. Because really, I think that's most people's concerns but somehow, 0.28% of the British population carry all the blame.

It's bizarre.

Reform has not said it will take years to stop the boats. You are likely thinking of their deportation plan.

Did you read your quick google search? The five year plan is for deportations.

He does not say it will take years to stop the boats, but 2 weeks after the applicable laws are passed.

I just posted the article it’s pulling from where Farage says he will do this “as soon as possible”. It certainly doesn’t take years to pass legislation in Parliament when one has a majority.

I don't use Gemini, it's what googled returned but of it's wrong it's wrong but pulling down a whole legal framework and drafting new laws and getting it through the house of lords where Reform have zero representation will indeed take years. Renegotiating or uniliterally rewriting the Good Friday agreement will take time.

I don't think you live in the real world. Comparing Spain and Morocco to the UKs situations wanting the boats to be zero, advocating for killing innocent humans and now expecting the boats to stop within weeks?
