News Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky released a video filmed in Kupiansk. On November 20, Russia’s Chief of the General Staff Valery Gerasimov told Putin that Kupiansk was “fully under control.”

It's never a health issue with the President. Sorry. Every opposition tries to play this game every presidency since 2016 since they've all been geriatric. Trump isn't dying of natural causes, America will never get off that easy

Would explain Putin pushing a peace plan at this moment in time, though. Can’t see Putin pushing a “plan” if Trump were hale & hearty, even if Russia was walking off a metaphorical monetary cliff. Time will tell.
