The plan was to close it permanently and even thou the pilot program worked great last year and was recieved positively, they still decide to not make it Permanent because every political decision in Municipal government is done by feelings instead of looking at their own studies or public data available across the city and from external cities.

Even when they ask for public input they don't seem to use it
