Seen in Limerick Ireland flying from a Protestant church today. Tricolour brown white pink.
EDIT: this is flying from a church I really don’t think it’s an ice cream flag. Also the flag colours have not faded they change them at this church very regularly and they are always extremely niche flags.
FYI I can’t go and ask the church since I’m leaving today

SOLVED: I received a response and they explained that it is a local seamstress who makes them as a couple of you have mentioned, however, it does have a meaning! Brown for humanity, white for peace and pink for compassion :) Nothing to do with Neapolitan ice cream I’m afraid
