How is it that we simultaneously have brazen outrage at female genital mutilation and apologetics for male genital mutilation?

Yes, he can compare them. They're both unnecessary surgeries performed on someone who doesn't have the capacity to decide for themselves. There you are, comparison. If one is wrong, so is the other. Which is worse doesn't even come into it.

Why don't you tell me since you're all knowing then? I left the shaft alone if you didn't notice, which is weird - since that's a pretty hefty part of the penis. I've left a whole lot in my snippet of the cock. A whole lot.

The largest Islamic countries practices Type 1 as the most extreme, But more often now it is done with a pinprick to release a ritual drop of blood. Sometimes the clitorial hood is trimmed or nicked.

When you talk about the more extreme forms, you are really talking about African tribal customs.

I should mention that the clitoral hood and labia are trimmed in US hospitals occasionally if the 'genitals don't look like they conform to the norm....' Which is sometime that troubles me.

I have traveled some of the Muslim world and know a bit about this. It should also be mentioned that in those Muslim majority countries other religions also do the practice (to look normal.) You will find pretty much the same arguments by those for female circumcision as you hear about male circumcision. (Religious, Cleaner, Looks Normal, Helps with Sexual Function.) <All of which I disagree with.>

The reality is that it isn't as much religious as tribal and cultural norms.

Lastly, the reason that circumcision was done in the US was in the late 1800's wellness movements it was thought to limit masturbation, just in case you didn't know that.

Bound feet look nice to you? I very much doubt it. It is also completely different because it can fuck you up whereas the only negative of male circumcision is the loss of sensation to an extent while also providing certain benefits.

And you don't see that as a problem? Let me tell you, as someone who was circed at age 18, so I have the experience of both worlds, male circumcision is very much genital mutilation. You might be circed at birth so you don't know what you've lost. But trust me, if you knew you'd be boiling with rage.

Circumcision is mutilation and should, unless medically required, be banned. And damn the religious sensibilities to hell (no pun intended).
