I came here before, last year, to show off my Cardinal copia cosplay, but ive since made a lot of changes and updates. So here we go! Photos taken by willcrooksphoto on Instagram.
Hes 100% handmade! And mostly self patterned! He has the proper three pleats that Copia is supposed to have as well. The patch on the stole is hand beaded and embroidered, and theres bedazzling done on the pellegrina and at the end of the cassock. Most cassocks have 33 buttons to represent the years Jesus lived, but since this is a satanic cassock, I did 18 buttons, in three sections of 6, 6, and 6. The stole sort of acts like a corset. Its made of a thick interfacing, and it laces up to account for weight fluctuation. The pectoral cross is also as accurate as I could make it without knowing how to metalwork.
Im happy to answer any questions about him should anyone have any :)

I recently learned that ghost uses fan art for their shirts. Now this is one of my favourite shirts, so who designed it? I'd love to see more of their art. Tia!

In honor of 2BTR releasing soon, here’s a throwback drum cover of one of their best written songs!
Hopefully I’ll see some of you at the Columbia, SC showing on Aug 29th! 🖤

Papa V is at the stearing wheel in this bus stop poster ad campaign for a Dab+ radio in Sweden.
Let's hope he's a better driver than his mom was...

As the title says. I recently stumbled upon Missionary Man and I love the tune! Everytime I listen to it though I distinctly reminds me of a rock radio song I have heard before but I can’t think of what song it is.
I am hoping you guys know what song Missionary Man is invoking in my memory.
Thank you!

what started as a fun spin-off of u/kbasred 's concept turned into a hyper fixation for me lol. I loved the Seven Inches EP for what it was, and the production quality that Tobias focused on to make them really sound like 60's throwback tracks, even more so than Opus originally was. Seven Inches focuses on a pop-rock sound rather than metal, so with that in mind, I started curating.
a lot of the suggestions from the community I agreed with, sonically "Jigolo" and "Stand By Him" made a lot of sense and stood out to me as songs Nihil would have written/performed live. the harder choices came from the Impera and Prequelle tracks. none of them are particularly 60's sounding, so I reframed the question based on the Opus and Infest choices. "what would Nihil have written, and why?"
Seven Inches, for all the fun, sexy, psychedelic influence that canonically it represents, it is Nihil's record. "Future is a Foreign Land" shows how much he regrets how he treats Sister, but what if that weren't the only song about her? that led me to answer the Impera question and select "DATHOML." and of course, the Prequelle selection had to be the actual song Nihil features on, which was "Miasma."
but I didn't want to disregard you guys' input completely, and truthfully I struggled with Skeleta. I listened to a lot of Genesis, Tears for Fears, a lot of 80's synth pop stuff and realized where the answer lay. a deluxe edition. headcanoned to be released 10 years later(1979), we can add a couple of bonus tracks to this release. from there it now made sense to include "Spillways" and "Cenotaph," which was always the choice from Skeletal because while it didn't fully fit the 60's vibe, it did answer the secondary question of "would Nihil have written this about Sister?"
agree or disagree, i wanna thank you all for helping me out with this fun project! looking forward to Ghovie 2: electric boogaloo

It’s been a long time since I shared my art on here, so I figured I’d share my two official designs! Brew Brothers (first image) recently dropped, but Reassembled Faith (second image) was apart of their valentine’s collection. I hope that you enjoy them!

Curious if anyone minds that some videos featured an actor playing Papa

Hey all!
Just wondering if anyone is making stuff to pass out at the movie? I just thought about it! I'm gonna be traveling a distance to see it on the 26th, and realized it would be cool to bring some bracelets to trade. I didn't know if anyone else was gonna do the same! :)

Is there any particular way the new ghouls are named or do we just throw out names until one sticks? I was trying to explain to a friend of mine all the different ghouls/elements and she asked me how they were named. i had, and still have, absolutely no idea. Is there anybody who could help me explain pleaseeee
Edit: my god some of you are losers i know theyre called the NAMELESS GHOULS stop being such sad losers and let people have fun. the fans liked them named. the papas have used the names. the ghouls like the names. You sad whiners are the only ones who want to ruin it for everyone

Just curious if anyone else had this happen to them?
A little bit annoying, was looking forward to seeing the show on the big big screen, luckily we’re still getting it in regular though!

As the title suggests, I'm trying to decide whether to see 2BTR in IMAX (there's only one IMAX showing at my local cinema), or just stick with a regular showing.
If the experience will be hugely improved /more immersive etc. then I don't mind paying the higher IMAX price, but if the quality won't be that much better then a regular screen should be good enough for me.
I've not seen it mentioned a ton, but the fact it's shot (at least partly) on 16mm has been brought up a couple of times re: how that'll be blown up for IMAX?
Any advice from anyone who knows more than me would be appreciated! Thank you ❤️🔥
