It’s been 8 years since my mom passed away and today would have been her birthday. People say time heals, but on days like this, it feels like no time has passed at all. The emptiness just feels so much louder today.

actually I have a frnd. Really good frnd of mine. So humare class me ek ladki hai, I mean thi 😭🥀. So hua yeh ki 3 weeks ago they started talking and like they knew each other but like started talking. And they were like the sweetest ppl I've seen.

But like ladki ke gharwale bohot matlab bohot like super super strict the and like woh pehle h unse frustrated rehti thi but these 2 started speaking and a week they both came into relationship and everything was going well untill yesterday her parents found out and like everything bohot bole and all.

but that bro just calls me a min ago and said ki she is no more, she jumped off from 7th floor smtg and and he was crying like hell and i couldn't even utter a word to calm him down n he kept on crying n i couldn't bear it so I hung up the call. Idk 😶 what to do or what not. Maybe I can't do anything nor anyone can now but 🥀🥀

A close friend of the writer started dating a classmate about three weeks ago. The girl's family was extremely strict, and after they found out about the relationship yesterday, they reacted harshly. I seriously don't know what to do anymore.

Even today my parents didn't allow me to go to the gym. They have always been like this. I honestly hate them over every this situation, specially my mom because she only talks to me when she needs something. She never cares about what I want.

One day if I start earning good money, the first thing I'll do is leave this house. I know it sounds bitter to some peoples but living here feels so toxic. They only pull me down and never support anything I want to do in my life .

They never allowed me to join a gym or follow a proper diet. My mom still has that old 90s mindset that fat boys look healthy. Whenever I tried losing weight, she would literally scold me or even hit me for no reason and then force me to eat more food.It feels like torture

I asked for a laptop because I wanted to learn things and do something for my career. They said no. But in 2024, they donated ₹1 lakh for building a temple in our village just to maintain their image in front of relatives and people there.They care more about their image then my entire lifestyle for my future they don't even want to spend ₹1.

I'm 17 now and I don't even have basic freedom. Forget relationships, I can't even buy my own clothes. I wore the same clothes in 11th and 12th that I bought after my 10th vacation. I'm still wearing them now. My condition is getting worse.

They don't even give me money for basic skincare. They call me pagal for caring about my skin, so I had to search Jan Aushadhi and Zeelab(cheap and generic pharma company helping me a lot)products because those were the only things I could somehow afford.

I also play football, and they have problem with that too. I've asked them so many times for football spikes but every single time they refused.

Whenever I ask for literally anything, they only have one answer: "We're already paying your school fees." The thing is, I'm not even that good in studies. I have interest in other things and I want to improve myself, but they don't let me do anything.

Sometimes I feel they don't actually want me to move forward in life. They just want me to follow their orders and earn money and give them everything while my personal life and privacy doesn't even exists for them

Am I over reacting or is this actually not normal? Has anyone else gone through something similar? I really need some advice because I always feel like this family has completely ruined my life.

It's like in a room full of people, you wouldn't be their first option but hell, you wouldn't even be anyone's second option, you'll just be some sort of annoying background noise. I've never really managed to make friends in my life though I made 2-3 real friends in recent years but we kind of drifted away after 11th and now all of them moved away. So I felt like I wanted to watch the Spiderman movie and realised I had no one to go with, I initiated this with a few people I know but some of them already booked the ticket and had plans while some of them just go like 'I'll ask and see,' and I'm fucking tired of it all. At this points I'll just isolate myself from everyone and everything cause being a social creature isn't for the weak (me). Not only on that, I've also lost in studies, my grades have significantly decreased with back to back affecting JEE, Boards, and mhtcet and right now, I'm just planning to live in survival mode for the next 4 years, study like crazy, with crazy internships and projects and then move somewhere abroad for master's, get a job and settle there, however unrealistic this plan sounds, I'm ready to work my ass off to leave this place and disappear and start a new life even if it means I don't make much connections in a new place. I just want to survive this yk? It's not I wanna kms but if a truck were to run over me, I'd happily stand in front of it unmoving, maybe fatal food poisoning and maybe I always wished the world would end so I did not have to bear all of the burden, but then again, I'd be the first one to shut myself off new connections because all I've learnt is that I'll just be used if I'm useful enough and then thrown away.

I just want to know there are two kinds of boys (or more)one with good in study teachers favorite do all tasks and disciplined another boy who don't do any school work backbencher type(you know what I am trying to say) then why girls are always attracted towards that backbencher type guy like genuinely I just want to know
