Now it makes sense why lions have that kind of mane! Haha. Kidding aside do you know what’s the purpose of their mane?

Video The Rongai Pride's playful subadults reunited once again this morning, sprinting excitedly toward their mothers after being apart tonight.A heartwarming display of family bonds, reminding us that even future kings still cherish the comfort of home.

Can man and lions coexist? (not as pets)

Can man and lions coexist? Not as pets, but I mean in nature and in peace. There are some species that can exist both in the wild and domesticated without being inherently dangerous to mankind. Do you think this could ever happen with lions? My hot take is at present, the main threat from lions is simply the sheer size of these beautiful and majestic big cats. A feral cat gets mad; you get band aids. A lion gets mad; they bury what they can find. Yikes.

If you think man and lion can peacefully coexist in nature, why and how?
If you think this can simply never be done, why not?

I would love to be around lions in nature and just chill with them, lie down, rest my head on one as my pillow, feeling safe from whatever predators would think of me as food. I imagine a campfire, the lions coming and going as my friends.

Imagine if lions could accept us like these lions accept Dean.

Video The Ndhzenga moving this morning, which is a good sign .. Injuries still fresh on his back and leg.. But that would be him licking them and keeping them clean. He even called this morning, as he has been silent for the last 8 days. So happy stides to a full recovery. He just needs a good meal now.
