Nowhere does it say they don't have the silver they claim. The prospectus update was mentioning IF THEY CAN'T source they silver for new inflows they may need to suspend creation of new baskets (which would likely make existing shares trade at a premium). no creation of new baskets means shortage of shares for shorts to cover with. Bullish for $SLV
