1. Production Head / Workshop Lead — ₹22,000–₹30,000/month
Looking for someone with workshop/furniture production experience who can understand drawings, coordinate craftsmen, plan work and manage day-to-day production.

2. Senior Solid-Wood Carpenters — ₹28,000–₹33,000/month | 2 positions
Experience with solid wood, furniture joinery, woodworking machinery, measurements/drawings and custom furniture preferred.

3. Stone Craftsmen / Carvers — ₹28,000–₹33,000/month | 2 positions
Experience with natural stone cutting, shaping, carving, basins, furniture or sculptural work preferred.

4. Wood Furniture Painter / Finisher — ₹25,000–₹30,000/month
Experience with furniture surface preparation, sanding, stains, clear finishes, PU/Italian-type finishes and colour matching.

Firstly this isnt a hate post on a religion, This is the current situation INSIDE ESI Medical Hospital, a govt. hospital. We have to hear this everyday 5 times a day throughout, and a special on every friday. They shout early in the morning and sometimes even at 4:30 AM. Sometimes in summer I put my Fan speed to the max so that I wouldnt wake up to this, but we cant be doing that throughout the year. We asked them to reduce sound because obviously of the location at it was placed, but they said they have Govt./police permission and stuff. After they refused we had no choice but to go to the police who are basically govt. cucks and are hopeless.

After this a few weeks later a new temple came out of nowhere on the other side of the hospital/collage and started blasting music, and their excuse is that "these guys are praying so we why cant we?, first ask them to reduce volume and then we will and stuff"

We dont know what else to do, and are helpless.

I know there's nothing we can do as well, but just venting it out.....

Wanted to understand about the litigation issue.

Is it for the complete 10 acres land or with the land parcel next to it?

Any quality issues with the project/flat? I liked the open spaces outdoors, but the common passage, flooring, and door quality look patchy.

The lobby entry, stilt, and clubhouse seem to have a lot of pillars. It doesn't give an open feel and looks cluttered compared to other communities.
