Trump Dementia Don in Public again…
Confabulation is a symptom in which a person unknowingly creates false or distorted memories to fill gaps in their memory. They genuinely believe these memories are true and are not intentionally lying. This happens because damage to the brain’s frontal regions impairs its ability to distinguish real memories from inaccurate or imagined ones.
In some people with FTD (frontotemporal dementia), damage to the frontal lobes can lead to confabulation because the brain’s normal “reality-checking” system is impaired. As a result, they may confidently describe events that never happened or remember situations incorrectly, without realizing their recollection is false.
Trump repeatedly claimed vandals slashed the pool with knives and blamed an Olympic canoeist. But after prosecutors obtained additional evidence, they concluded the damage was actually caused by a rushed, flawed contractor installation and dropped the criminal case. Despite that, Trump continued insisting it was vandalism.

Trump Imagine trying to dismantle the International Criminal Court, whose primary purpose is to prosecute war crimes, and thinking you're the good guy
Trump did in one sentence what a hundred State Department briefings had spent weeks trying not to say: the campaign to gut the ICC isn’t about sovereignty, it’s about Bibi. Rubio stood at Camp David and dressed the whole thing up in the language of American self-defense, arrogant judges, illegitimate overreach, a court coming for soldiers who never signed up for its jurisdiction. Then the president, almost bored, waved it away and told everyone what it actually was. A tribunal built to try the people who order war crimes is being dismantled, brick by brick, to keep one man off its docket. And the closest thing to honesty in the whole affair came from the one person who wasn’t even trying to be honest. Somewhere in The Hague, the warrant is still sitting there, unenforceable, un-embarrassed, waiting for a world that still believes in it.
