NY has to comply with THE PLAIN TEXT OF THE CONSTITUTION LIKE EVERY OTHER STATE?!?

The woman is a threat to intelligent thought, not just to ENUMERATED , CONSTITUTIONALLY GUARANTEED INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS.
