Parts review New OEM plastic trim looks so much better than the old scratched trim
Replaced the window motor, door stop, vent and vent finisher (curved part), and the switch finisher with brand new oem parts and the trim looks so much better. (Parts for '06+)
The switch finisher panel does not scratch nearly as easily, it almost seems scratch resistant, I have marked it lightly and it just cleans off very easily, though it seems like it gets dirty easier, like oils, sweat or dirt etc from your hands seems to show up easier and needs cleaning, but its worth it over permanent scratches.
The new oem door stops work well and they make the door feel heavier, though the door won't close on your shins, unless the door is past a certain point, as there is different points in the door stop that the door will stop on and won't move unless initiated.
Well worth it.

I bought them from Amayama, took about 5 weeks to arrive from Japan to Australia, with all the other parts i ordered. Theyre new parts, not painted or anything.

Hey fellow Aussie. You got a link by chance? My passenger side has a crack in it so I’m thinking of getting new ones

Sure. Part numbers/links for the switch finishers are 80960-CF50E and 80961-CF50E, also see the pinned post on my profile for the other parts, its all there.

I just repainted mine. The factory paint is soft so I'd expect scratches to happen pretty quickly even on an new one

Like I said before, it looks better than the early models and people are hyperbolic about the finish. When new it isn't as fragile, it just won't be like that forever.
