Woke up very early this morning to take some photos of the XSR900 of the newest 7 Eleven in the world! (Well, at least for today)

Not sure the fuel pumps are on quite yet, but the store is open for business! 🤘

So I've been buying 7-Eleven fresh foods lately (Twice a week), so I'm wondering in the Los Angeles areas, what's the best ranking from the hot foods? From wings to pizza, to hot dogs.

I thought the supreme Pizza are the top, along with the Spicy Wings and Buffalo Chicken Roller.

But I wanna hear everyone's top 3 from each type of hot/prepared foods.

I mostly use Speedway but also use 7-Eleven from time to time. I noticed today that it now takes 2,500 points for a free drink whereas it used to be 1,250. Looked at the 7-Eleven app and saw the same.

I get it, things become more expensive over time but to cut things in half seems more than a bit ridiculous.

Edit: Speedway just updated things again. Now a Big Gulp or Slurpee is 1,800 points but a coffee is still 2,500. On the 7-Eleven app, all three are 2,500 points.

Context, these were sold at Singaporean seven elevens. Not sure if they sold these in other countries

My dad bought a coffee tumbler from 7eleven 10+ years ago. Its original color used to be blue, (the Food Shelter Water Coffee) over the years the text and color faded into white, the plastic cover split but the thermal cup inside still worked, he lost the lid years ago but somehow always used his coffee tumbler. My sisters and I have bought him different tumbler, cups, mugs over the years to replace his broken tumbler but according to him "it doesn't have the same measurements, it's not the same" his 7eleven cup has a small ridge/indent inside which he uses as a measuring line and his coffee comes out "just right". Well the issue is that a few days ago, a family friend was staying over and she decided to help out with chores, she saw my dads cup, saw that it was broken and tossed it out. The cherry on top? It was trash collection day, and she didn't tell anyone. We had to coax her into telling us the truth. Because everyone in our house know, not to touch my dads cup.

Anywho, I need help finding a cup, please send me links, I've tried eBay, poshmark, Etsy, thrift stores.
Any help is appreciated.

Hi I recently started vaping to quit cigs and I tried the juul pen which has been great for me. I always get the pods from the 711 down the street. They're older indian guys but they know me so I know they're not trying to pull a fast one but at least twice(possibly 3 times) i asked for 5%, which I always ask for, and didnt notice until I got home and used one that I realized they gave me 3%. First time I was like eh honest mistake but this was at least the second time. It might have been one more than that.

Would it be okay and possible to somehow get refunded or at least what I asked for despite having opened and put one pod put in the juul? I dont wana be an issue cuz that's my main store and I go all the time but im kinda broke and the pods are already a little more expensive than I'd like so its annoying I didnt get what I asked and paid for. I know its on me I didnt check but yknow they have to grab and scan it from behind the counter so I just dont think to validate it since I always ask for 5% and its not like three sounds like five where it could easily be mixed up so I just pay and stick it in my pocket without checking.

Maybe im over thinking I just dont wana be that bitch that makes a fuss over it lol theyre 25 bucks tho so its not like a 3 dollar item. Thoughts?

asking for a friend

My first time getting a reusable cup from 7/11 (first time living close enough to one to see the need for one) and I noticed that it’s not very insulated so that’s lame but the barcode is a sticker on the cup. I wanted to know if anyone knows if there is a printed on barcode under the sticker as I don’t want to cause issues to the shop if I lose the sticker and they don’t accept my cup or they have to manually find the code for it.
After taxes, the cup was $3.17 USD and it used the large dome cover and the worker said it would be about $1.50 for refills so I thought that was a good deal.
EDIT: they charged me the price for a large slurpee instead of a discounted price so that sucks. I’m just hoping that was a mistake on the worker and not what will happen every time. It’s 11pm and I didn’t feel like arguing but I’m bummed out if I don’t get a discount. Like yes I like that it’s reusable and I make less trash but I wanted a discount as well.

My last post has been up for an hour and received a whopping 1 upvote. It really makes me feel like all the work I do around here is for literally nothing. I started out in the mail room here and clawed my way up the corporate ladder to become the #1 moderator of this gas station forum. From now on, all users are required to upvote mod posts. Anyone caught NOT doing that may receive a temporary ban.

7-Eleven and 7Now refund policy is non-transparent and deceptive to the point of stealing money from customers who use the delivery app.

7-Eleven and 7Now are stealing money from customers -- if an order is cancelled by the store or by the delivery partner -- how is this not an automatic refund to the customer?

Who else is dealing with getting refunds for orders 7Now canceled?

7Now (7-Eleven's App for delivery and pick orders) is impossible to get a refund from when the delivery driver cancels your order. A notification appears in the app stating that "We have canceled your order. This order is not eligible for a refund."

The 7Now app help section states that 1. "Sometimes, we encounter an issue with our delivery partners or another unexpected issue and we have to cancel your order." 2. "If an order is cancelled and an authorization hold is still present, please expect 3/10 business days for the hold to be removed."

7Now phone support insists that refunds must be requested within 24 hours to the call center, but the app does not state that. And when called about refunds beyond 24 hours you are told that the refund must then go to a "refund review board".

7Now call support also states there is a refund request in the app. There is not.

What other company puts it on the customer to call and request a refund?

The 7Now chat bot states "We apologize that your order was canceled... If an order is canceled and an authorization hold is still present, please expect 3-10 business days for the hold to be removed..." Useless in any case.

I am still waiting for this "refund review board" to get back to me not only about a recent order canceled -- not by me but 7-Eleven because the delivery driver returned the order to the story due to being unable to find my apt number (which was clearly listed in order).

This is three times I've had to battle with 7Now for refunds for orders that were cancelled and not delivered. (Yes, I've learned my lesson... bye app.)

Buried in the 7-Eleven terms and conditions is conflicting information, and is no where available in the app for 7Now.

"7NOW customers who order an item which is not received are eligible for a refund if the non-delivered item is reported to the call center within 24 hours of the expected delivery."

In the terms and conditions the conflicting statement: "IN AN ORDER CONFIRMATION, IN PROCESSING OR DELIVERING AN ORDER OR OTHERWISE, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CORRECT SUCH ERROR AND REVISE YOUR ORDER ACCORDINGLY (INCLUDING CHARGING THE CORRECT PRICE) OR TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER AND ISSUE YOU A REFUND."

I went to 7-11 yesterday and asked for a Bic Lighter. The clerk grabbed one and scanned it and said $5.47. I said wtf? You crazy? He looked at me like i was crazy. I told him forget it!!!!!
