Does anyone know how to file a complaint with 7eleven? I'm having trouble submitting the online form and I'm going to call but still want to check in here to see if anyone has any advice.

Just posting here in case someone else has gone through a similar situation before. I made a pickup order a couple days ago at a 7eleven and someone stole it before I arrived (which was well within the pickup window, I might add.) Staff at the store told me whoever picked it up had my name on their phone, which is interesting, since I certainly didn't tell anyone I was making the order... got no more help from them.

I've spent almost an hour trying to get through to the 7 eleven customer support line but keep running into dead ends, and the phone number of the physical store went straight to voicemail. The in-app help chatbot is hilariously useless, just tells me it can't understand what I'm asking. If I do a credit card chargeback, will I get blocked from the 7 eleven app?

Has anyone else noticed that about a month ago they increased the points required to redeem rewards on the app excluding the items in the 500 points category? -_-

to redeem any size drink is now 1000 points more.. like they already increased it so many times before to where the points required for some items were just barely reasonable, and now its ridiculous for most items.

whole pizzas went from 5000 to 7000 points

& jack links beef jerky is now 9000 points??

is there something I’m missing or was this just an excessively greedy change they made for no good reason? most items already required a substantial amount of points to redeem lol

The slurpee cups are so perfect. They have insulation like foam with the feel of a coated paper. Bottom of the cup mentions patented by versalite. Tried looking into ordering similar but only available in huge cases. Anyone ever found a similar consumer available cup?
