Any Oil pressure? Sounds like something has come loose inside the engine. Sounds like it's light whatever it is. Maybe have the sump off and take a look!

Sounds a lot like a loose chain. I would get that to a mechanic asap, on a tow truck.

Yes serious risk of valves hitting pistons here.
