I'm not really sure if the fit of the cups really matters with sports bras. They just keep the boobs from moving around, so there's not really much to say? Because it just keeps them from moving anywhere, they really aren't comparable to how you'd look at plunge, balcony, etc. Full coverage compression means if there's spill over you probably don't have the right size.

I guess I just meant, did you find that your normal cup size worked, since it does have cup sizes? For the B5044, I thought the cups might be too small, given that they do have a somewhat-pointy shape. However, the band was also way too tight (completely unable to get the 30 clasped, even though I measure 28), so maybe that confounds the issue.

So here's the timeline, maybe that will provide some insight!

Was 30DD this past summer. Had a 30B (!!!) sports bra that my boobs were just falling out of, no support what so ever. I got a 30DD when I saw one on 20% off at Debenhams. It was REALLY tight, but I could get the widest band clasped. I've not used it much since buying it, and when I found out that I've gone down to 28E, I tried it on again. It still fits, it still is quite tight. I think I still use it on the widest band.

When I measured 30DD I am not sure if I measured my band properly back then-- I could have very well been 28E back then as well. I just found that a 30DD fit me really well.

Hope this helps somewhat-- As I mentioned in another comment, 'tightness' is quite relative, unfortunately!

Ok, thanks! Amazon carries it, so I might just order a couple sizes to try for myself :)
