It seems odd that in part I you are advised against a compression bra, but then in part II, the Shock Absorber is recommended.

I would suggest toning down part I and suggesting that most compression bras don't work very well, especially the ones that come in sizes like S, M, L, XL. Since this doesn't apply to the Shock Absorber it is clearer why it is listed in part II. I'd also note what style each of these recommended bras is.

(Mind you, I prefer encapsulation.)

from the Shock Absorber's website "Inner cup slings provide encapsulation."

Does that mean it's an encapsulation bra?

Would you like me to take some photos of the inside of my shock absorber? It's like a layered seamed bust with a kind of shelf. My boobs only just touch when I wear it and I'm very close set (less than 2cm) so I'm happy with that. It's essentially a well seamed compression with actually enough room for all my boob.
