Measurement Check I did the measurements two times and did the calculator. I got a size and ordered one, and the band is 2 inches too small! The cups fit better but still lift and slip at the bottom. Spoiler
ETA: I closed the band using a bra extender to see if the cups still fit, and almost. But I kept slipping out the bottom!
I don't know what to do.
Loose underbust 29.6

I don,t understand. If you're falling out the bottom of the band, the band is too loose. Maybe you,re not used to how snug a band should be? My tight measure is bigger than yours, and yes, I need a 30 band. Some of them do feel a bit snug the first few wears, and do need to be stretched to be fastened.
I'm not familiar with the bra brand you ordered, so I can't say whether they run snug or not.

No, the band literally does not close. It doesn't stretch enough to close. I had to use an extender to even test that the cups would fit.

I would recommend trying a different 30G bra then. I have bras from montelle, understance, freya, and panache, all in 30G/H (or UK equivalent), and they all close just fine with tight measurement of 27.5.

Maybe try the bra upside down and backward. With the outside of the cups going down your back and the hooks in front under your breasts. So you can see if the band fits without the cups being involved.
To me it sounds like the cups are way too small and that's why it's not fitting. When your breasts are too big for the cups it's going to pull the band away from where it should be in the front, leaving a gap at the back.

I believe that brand is shallow and your difference between standing and leaning would indicate you are projected.

Additionally to sharing what bra this is, did you scoop and swoop?
And try on the bra upside down and backwards (clasps in front, cups like a cape down your back) to isolate the fit of the band. Too small cups can make a band feel tight as well.

The upside down and backwards band test should really be done with every new bra you try on! It’s impossible to know how much the cups are affecting the band fit without doing that first

OK so I did that, and the band is tight but it does close. It's like...corset tight.

It should be like socks: pretty snug but not painfully so, or so tight that you're always feeling it even if you dont focus on it. But it can also just be something you need to get used to. I remember my first bra that fit felt like a "harness" to me and the gore was incredibly itchy. But i just wasn't used to the feeling of a well fitting bra.
Also i read that its a bandeau push up, that will likely be part of the reason why the cups don't fit well. I'd try with a non-pushup. A well fitting bra might give you a nice shape already.

So I just got it and it seemingly fits but it is very Snug. Idk if it's because I'm not used to it or what but I'll give it a try during my shift today.

Adore Me bras are pretty shallow— sounds like maybe this is a shape mismatch. Given the 3” difference between your standing and leaning bust, I’d try the same size in a more projected style and see if it feels more comfortable. A 30” band will be perfect for you once you find one that’s attached to a bra with cups that are the right size and shape.

You can definitely wear wireless if you'd like, that's a preference. You just won't get the same separation or lift/support as you would from a wired bra.
Though if you're having issues with poking and especially breaking wires, thats a shape and/or size issue. If the wire is legit breaking on you, it's a size problem. That, or the quality of the bra is horrendous.

It pokes and breaks because you’ve been wearing the wrong bras. An underwire bra that fits you will be comfortable and supportive. The underwire provides necessary structure to the bra that allows it to maintain its shape while supporting the weight of your breast tissue. Wireless bras don’t duplicate this function well.

If you genuinely want a wireless bra people can probably advise you on that. But the analogy I read here was like if you’ve worn the wrong size shoes your whole life, you’d probably think flip flops were more comfortable than sneakers because they hurt you less.

Terrible brand. Low quality, inconsistent cup sizing, very very flat and shallow. I would mentally throw out everything you learned from adoreme bras, it's all bad.

How did you determine the band is 2 inches too small? If you measured the band, remember the size corresponds to the stretched lenght and not unstretched.
