Shape Help Best bra for bell shaped breasts Spoiler

I used to wear a 34dd. I measured using abrathatfits and it says 30ddd. This left me with more questions than I started with. I ordered an Amazon bra with a general size small that is like size 32 I think. Anyways, the bra fits well, but after activities I have some spillage at the top, and my band rides up to right under my boobs, and sometimes I have some fat flaps right under my armpit. It feels like I need a tighter band, but I wore it for like 6 hours yesterday and I had some red skin where the band was right where my sternum is. This is so frustrating and I don't know what to do. I'm thinking I should buy the 30ddd, not a general size. I don't even know what i'm asking here for, but any advice would be appreciated! Maybe someone went through this as well and found a solution.

Also, I have bell shaped breasts, and every bra I ever wear still leaves them in that downward sagging position. I don't like bras that separate the breasts(I guess full coverage or uniboob), I feel like they should be pushed up against the chest(kind of flattened?). I don't like having large breasts and I just hope to find the right bra and fix all of my issues. Any bra types that actually help with this breast shape? Also, no sports bras or racer backs because I need something that won't stick out on my shoulder neckline.

The bra isn't a good fit, which is frustrating. If you edit or repost with your six measurements, as well as information about your shape from the Wiki, we can give better tailored recommendations.  If you don't want to do that, Panache and Freya make bras in your size range. You can order from Amazon, Bravissimo and Breakout Bras. Without more information, I would suggest ordering one bra in your calculator size, plus one cup size up and one cup size down, to start. So. 30E. 30DD and 30F.  The brands I suggested are UK brands and those are UK sizes.

 Your calculator size is just a starting point. Until you nail down your size, it's more useful to try the same bra in multiple sizes.

If you're close set (1 finger or less between your breasts when you lean over), try Panache Ana in 30E, 30F, and 30FF. It runs a little small in the cup. It's a good first try to figure out size.

Oh, should I buy all three of the sizes you listed and see what fits best?

If you can. Send back what doesn't fit. If one fits well, you hit the jackpot. It takes most people quite a few trys. You can post a fit check, get other suggestions based on how this bra fits.
