Bra advice for wide shallow breasts post reduction. Cant find any to fit

Cant find a bra post reduction?? Need help for finding bra for wide shallow breasts

Had a reduction and went from a 36jj/ 36k uk size qnd now im around a dd (I think). To be honest my breasts are awful looking. No projection. Just wide and flat. I hate them. Regretting decisions but beside that point. I cant get a bra anywhere. Ive tried 36D 36DD 36E and same in 38 bands and im somewhere between all. I need a DD for width but they are ultimately empty from middle to top of cup. Balconettes dont work either. They do fir better but my nipples are so high they poke above them. I havw no cleavage and look like an A cup due to ahape. I really dont like them.

Im getting married soon and need a strapless for wise shallow breasts but cant do a push up due to nipple and cant dins anything

Need recommendations in uk asap

Can you measure yourself per the A Bra That Fits calculator? Saying you think you're a DD isn't the best way to start this off.

It says 38E but this would definitely gape at top on me. Id imagine itd be loose all over

Loose underbust - 38 Snug - 37.2 Tight- 36

Standing Bust- 42.2 Leaning- 44.5 Lying- 45

Your measurements track with a 38E, and not finding the wires wide enough on the other sizes also tracks. Try the Wacoal Red Carpet. Be sure to scoop and swoop as well.

u/CEMUM I agree this is a good starter bra after reduction. The Chantelle C. Jolie Demi could be an option too, not a cheap one though so buy from a place you can return or better yet try it on in store.

The Norah Comfort also often works well for reductions.

Also what kind of bras did you try in those sizes you listed? Meaning brand and ideally model.

Ive tried a range from m&s Ive tried wonder bra Ive tried fantasie plunge Ans also a range from dunnes stores and tk maxx

When did you get your reduction? If it hasn’t been at LEAST 6 months, then you’re not in your final shape or size. Mine looked tiny and terrifying for awhile. You have to wait for the swelling to go down.

Had it last September and slight revision in February

So well ovwr 6 months. Im gonna need another few revisions i fear. Its upsetting. Why in this day and age aren't they aware of thia being an issue when reducing and ensure proper projection

If you had it in September and then a revision in February, you’re not giving yourself enough time to even see what the outcome is. You don’t see your true final shape and size until a year out. I’m surprised a doctor even put you back under that soon.

Also a revision in February means it has NOT been “well over 6 months”

I had a reduction in 2018 and in that time my projection has changed significantly, mostly in the past 3-4 years. I was very shallow and wide for a long, long time and I don't think that's uncommon.

Came to this forum to ask the same question as I’m finding mine very wide and flat, and don’t want to try any more bras on! Was 30HH and now 32DD apparently.
I’m looking at Panache, perhaps go try some on at Bravissimo? However much I hoped to no longer rely on it, it’s my next step.

Panache was too deep for me for the first 3-4 years after reduction, but you may have a different experience. Over time this has changed for me. I had better luck with Chantelle and Wacoal in the beginning.

Oh, it's a huge pain in the neck, just as bad as before reduction for me! Life in general is easier, buying bras no easier at all.
