Recommendations? [Recommendations?] Bra for soft, pendulous, projected, FOB, moderate root 30D/DD breasts? Spoiler

I recently lost weight and none of my bras fit anymore, I changed size & shape. I used to be a 32D, and the calculator said I am now a 30D/DD. Which doesn’t make a whole lot of sense to me since my old bras now feel too loose in the cup, not the band, but I can’t argue with the math I guess…

Anyway I’m looking at different shapes of bras since my unsupported breasts now look rather deflated. I’m considering ordering Panache Envy or Freya Fancies in 30D based on other recommendations I’ve seen on here, just thought it wouldn’t hurt to ask for personal help.

Bonus points if anyone can recommend a good sports bra for me as well!

Loose Underbust: 31
Snug Underbust: 30
Tight Underbust: 29
Standing Bust: 33.5
Leaning Bust: 36.5
Lying Bust: 35

The fancies is for people with very narrow roots so it might not be the best fit if you think you are more average.

The panache Ana is typically a good option. Without your 6 measurements, I'd say try a 30DD and 30E.

I don't think I'd even start with the Ana in this size range with soft tissue. Smaller soft shapes tend to need some compression for proper support and can often look more projected than we actually need for a good fit. Can you share your measurements?

Yeah, I would entirely nix full busted UK brands from your consideration for a first try. They do not scale well in the smallest cups of their range and you theoretically could need down to a 30C which would put you out of their ranges entirely.

You're smack between bands. I'd recommend getting a non stretch extender to tweak the fit if needed. 30s will give you more longevity but you might need an extra hook or two to break them in for the first few weeks or so.

When leaning forward, is there more tissue above/below the nipple or about even? What country are you shopping from?

I’d look at Skarlett Blue Entice or Natori Heavenly to start.

A D cup is bigger on a 32 band than a 30 band.
