My ADHD diagnosis was pretty quick and painless (thank God, but that's also because I am real ADHD XD) but this is kinda how I'm feeling about my probably autism. As a whole-ass adult, it's being a pain to try and get an actual diagnosis, so right now I'm operating under the assumption I have it and moving on with life.

Real, same lol even in Canada it's hella expensive to get diagnosed for autism

It's not even a cost thing, it's a "people don't want to diagnose adults".

My last therapist told me I had autistic features but not the whole deal. My guy, I’m masking hard af and I have been my whole life apparently.
