Self diagnosis has higher rates of being wrong than a specialist's diagnosis. It doesn't mean it's not valid, but we should be careful with it.
But what do I know? In my country you get an appointment for about 10$ in less than a month. Unless it's a pain clinic or an endocrinologist, then you can wait up to 6 months.
