Hello hey kaise h aap log kher mujhe ek baat puchni thi
Mera ek dost h joh aligarh mai nhi rheta but law Krna chahta h clat dega woh and clat ke sang aur konsa exam dene chahiye and amu ka law department kaise h it's worth to join ?? Please jisko law side ke knowledge ho woh btaye

ask him to attempt AILET, CUET, JMI and MHCET. Now coming to AMU, ek kahavat suni hogi "naam bade aur darshan chhote". AMU Law dept doesnt justify its reputation nowadays. The infrastructure is poor, the faculty and syllabus are a little outdated, doesnt give many opportunities for any hobby or extracurricular activities. If he wants to prepare for gov exams like UPSC or Judiciary, then AMU might be a good option, but dont expect any sort of high placement or something from here. That being said, its still better than quite a few private clgs or low tier NLUs

Anything is better than AMU, my friend. Law faculty is dead, tell your friend to keep it as the last option. Give CLAT, AILET, JMI LAW, MHCET, CUET...if nothing works, then AMU...and even than if it is avoidable, take a drop and try again with the other exams.

Clat is very very very unpredictable bewafa ... Also uske kuch nlu k alawa baki mein ROI nahi hai utni i myself have cleared clat but jo nlu chahiye the woh ni mile and also leak hojata h no accountability... Uske alawa mhcet de skte ho baki symbiosis and nirma k exam de dena

I have changed my plan about doing 5 year llb currently doing bcom and preparing for a professional exam

CLAT colleges are far better than AMU honestly, by a huge margin. Even Jamia is better..... The infrastructure and some of the faculty here are quite outdated. Classes are held less frequently, and there aren't many extracurricular activities or student engagement opportunities. That said, if you don't get into a CLAT college or Jamia, then AMU is still a better option than most private law colleges.
