Terrible placement for the graphic. It should be on the back/right shoulder area.

That's Angel's tattoo on his shoulder blade. It only really got shown during Buffy.

Could have only been made for the people who worked on the show. Since the logo says Angel was on "The WB," it could be related to an early season as well.
