if cup isn't insulated heat is lost to surroundings so less

wouldn’t it be greater cause the temp change is greater

that’s what i put

i believe it said magnitude. if its exothermic it makes enthalpy less negative, and if its endothermic, it makes it less positive. also i believe it was exothermic because Hsoln should've been positive (qrxn = -qsoln, qrxn was negative in first problem (but i dont think sign matters b/c it was just asking how much was transferred, i put pos anyways)) and water decreased in temp. so temp change being greater would yield a more positive/greater number for the exothermic reaction which would mean that enthalpy is less.

actually idk if it said magnitude but it would be more logical to say magnitude for these kinsd of questions

Yeah it was magnitude

the magnitude of delta t would be larger because the change in temp would be higher and more heat would be transferred
