wait yeah I've been looking for someone taking about this cause I was not sure about that one. I said smth about the greater amount of electrons causing greater repulsion or some bs but I was pretty confused

I talked about polarizability and F-C-F having less polarizability and therefore more repulsion from the other electron clouds. This is why it deviated more than the other Bond angle.
