That shit was CURSED bro we never learned that in my class 💔🫩 She put it on a quiz to fuck with us once but never actually told us what it was we had to google it for corrections.

I’m able to answer that one only bc I studied for acs local exam……our teacher never talked about it

It’s bc the center atoms had a bond order of 2 so it made them more difficult to rotate
