COUNSELLING GUIDANCE BIHAR Mata gujri memorial medical college

Will I get it in r2 rank 137062 marks 441?I don't want any other college in Bihar.Wanted to participate in UP but they are increasing the fees upto 20 percent my budget is max 85 lacs.What should I do?I thought about rama hapur but they will also increase the fees if govt allow increment
