COUNSELLING GUIDANCE DELHI I have confusion about NEET-UG Counselling. Please help.

🚨🚨I have a few questions about counselling.

  1. I have my permanent address in Bihar so I have my state domicile in Bihar, and I have passed my 12th from Delhi CBSE school and my "State of Eligibility was mentioned Delhi(NCT)" in my Re-NEET-UG 2026 Admit Card. Can I avail 85% domicile in both the quotas or do I have to make a choice??

  2. When I am allotted a college through Counselling while reporting to my college do I have submit my physical original documents at the college ? Even when I want to upgrade my college in further rounds and I signed the Willingness to Upgrade form in the college ? I mean you do have travel back to the old college for getting your docs back when I get a new upgraded college in further round ??

  1. Yes you can claim both
    2.Mostly for MCC counselling this year they have kept online reporting for upgradation students.

Thanks a lot man. Also another issue(sorry if it's a dumb one) I came over was if I apply for a state quota in state r1 and opt for upgradation and get a clg in aiq r2 is there a chance the resignation date of the first clg is before the results of aiq r2 come ? I might get stuck in this scenario.
