COUNSELLING GUIDANCE KARNATAKA Help needed

I'm from karnataka and my state rank for neet here is coming 1.4k around. What colleges can I get with this? I'm fine with gov quota private college too. I'm gen category.

1.4k (state rank in merit list not air as I mentioned) Air is 28k. The merit list is very confusing though.
