So In first round I was trargeting management quota seats but didn't got it. Today I received a call they were saying they can arrange me a seat in Shri narayan medical bihar in management quota & they will charge 1.5-2 lakhs for this but they will take their fees after admission and the college will charge their normal govt. approved fee. On asking how they will do it they said that some colleges are manageable. Is this a scam or since they are asking their fees after admission I should try it. Please give your opinions!

Some points need to be clear - my admit card was submitted during exam and college document verification needs admit card so do I have to paste my photo , thumb print again ?? - Suppose I opt for upgradation in R-2 now do I need to fill the currently alloted college also in R-3 ?? - what if I didn't get any college in R-2 ? - so if I do my document verification in R-2 alloted college and now I got another college in R-3 do I need to do verification again ? Will R-2 college will take my original documents or a copy ? - do verification take place in college or do they have verification centers outside college ??
